Chris has spent over 30 years working in the Louisville broadcast market. Starting at age 15 he began his radio career which spanned over 23 years in such positions as disc jockey, radio news/traffic anchor and several management positions with companies such as Skyview Traffic, Metro Traffic and Clear Channel Traffic. Chris made the transition to working full time in TV news in the Fall of 2007. Documentary film making is another one of Chris’ passions. During the filming of one such film, Chris met Don Swartz while on the road in Western Kentucky. It wasn’t long before the chance meeting turned into a great friendship. With Chris’ love of music it was natural to want to work along side such a respected music industry professional. Now Chris is working with Don and Southern Trace as a booking agent. Using his decades of experience and contacts in the broadcast industry, he’s working to get the best possible exposure for their artists both regionally, nationally and internationally.
